The talented actress Roopika slashing by 10 kilograms and looking very slim and more beautiful today has completed her B.Com final year examination in her life and now taking up PHD in Bharatanatyam. Like how Sridhar acquired doctorate, Roopika is also contemplating on this doctorate after three years study on the topic.

In the meantime she wants to get the Rangapravesha from her mentor Indumathi and commenced her second innings after slimming down from ‘Hadi Bidi Love Story’. She is opposite Arun of ‘Gombegala Love’ in this film.

With 20 films and 20 television serials for Roopika, Bharatanatyam dance is her forte. She has won more than 3500 mementoes for her performances from the age of nine years.
